For stays, a 10% advance on the order fifteen days before arrival and the balance on the business day after verified check-in. For guides and rentals, payment within three business days of completion.

The business risk stays with us
Apulica takes on the entrepreneurial risk and looks after the guest if something goes wrong. You do what you know how to do; we handle the commercial relationship.

How it works
- Write to us or register. An email or a registration on the partner portal. The business name, a website or profile and a contact are enough.
- We prepare your page. We collect what is already public and ask you only for the missing data and the commercial conditions.
- Verification and approval. A person at Apulica checks identity, role and content. Publication is never automatic.
- Requests, confirmations, payments. Requests reach you through Apulica with a contact person. Conditions, order versions and statements are always visible.
Conditions
The conditions, in plain words
- Apulica commission: 10% of the agreed order value, not a mark-up added to the guest.
- Stays: 10% advance on the order 15 days before arrival, balance on the business day after verified check-in, net of advance and commission.
- Guides and rentals: payment within 3 business days of verified completion.
- Publication, partner verification and advance approval are separate decisions; registration is an application.
Full conditions, checks and contractual clauses are in the policy document provided at registration. VAT, tourist tax and pass-through items are defined in the contract.
