Puglia, Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Molise, Abruzzo
An olive mill in Bisceglie. A bakery in Giovinazzo. A masseria above Ostuni. Every Apulica journey starts with a person and a place. We build the route around them, and stay with you along the way.
The sea, a flavour, a masseria, a car on arrival: type a few words and we'll show you what suits you.

Encounters
An olive mill in October, strings of peppers drying in the late-summer sun, a village where Arbëreshë is still spoken. Choose who to start from: we build the trip around that encounter.

Journeys
Six journey formulas and four services: stays, guides, cars and transfers. All on request, with a contact person.

Our roots · Giovinazzo
Grandfather Sebastiano and grandmother Marianna had a bakery. People brought their trays to be baked; they made focacce and more, and my father delivered by bicycle with a tray carrier. For us, food has always been the way people meet. Apulica carries on from there.

One contact, one journey designed together
Dates, travel companions, interests and pace. Even a simple idea can be the starting point.
We draft a proposal and check services, availability and conditions before offering any confirmation.
Programme, inclusions, price and conditions are clear in the proposal you will assess.
Preparation, coordination and local assistance, organised with the services of each journey.
The next step
No itinerary needed. Dates, who is travelling and something you would like to experience are enough. Your request comes straight to us: we show you the reference right away and reply with a proposal to consider. It is not a booking.
