Borgo Rurale is the autumn festival run by the Pro Loco of Treglio, in the province of Chieti. It takes place on Saturday 7 and Sunday 8 November 2026 in the old village. The Pro Loco stresses that it is not a festival of food stalls: food and tastings are served in old cellars set into the rural houses and in former olive mills. On offer are new wine, chestnuts, freshly pressed olive oil and local Frentano dishes cooked to order, with live music in the lanes.
