On the evening of 1 November 2026, Orsara di Puglia in the Monti Dauni lights the Fucacoste bonfires and the carved pumpkins known as Cocce Priatorje, a traditional festival tied to the night of the dead. The celebration spreads across the whole village, and the municipality recommends a visit to the old town. Workshops in the morning and early afternoon let adults and children carve their own pumpkins. The municipality has published a ten-point guide covering traffic and access to the village.
- Times: The municipality advises arriving by 19:00: after that time access to the village is restricted to residents. Coaches, campervans and visitors with disabilities are asked to arrive by 16:00; registration for coach, campervan and accessible parking closed on 28 October (protocollo@comune.orsaradipuglia.fg.it).
