Gustus is a trade fair for food, food and wine and catering technology, held at the Mostra d'Oltremare exhibition grounds in the Fuorigrotta district of Naples. The 2026 edition runs from Sunday 15 to Tuesday 17 November in halls 3B, 3 and 2, with the entrance on Viale Kennedy 54. It is open only to trade visitors (restaurants, hotels, bars, pastry shops, retail and buyers), who register free of charge in advance; it is not open to the general public. The 2026 programme is still being updated on the fair's website.
- Admission: Trade visitors only; free advance registration on the fair's website. Passes are personal and the organisers may check eligibility at the entrance.
- Times: Sunday 15, Monday 16 and Tuesday 17 November 2026, 10 am to 6:30 pm.
