AgroGePaCiok is a trade show for the food, gelato, pastry, bakery, pizza, chocolate and catering sectors, held at Lecce Fiere in Piazza Palio. The 2026 edition runs from Saturday 7 to Wednesday 11 November. Alongside the exhibition areas there are themed forums on cooking, pastry, bread-making and pizza, plus competitions. The show is reserved for trade professionals, who can apply for free accreditation.
- Admission: Trade-only event. Free professional accreditation, not valid on Sunday (accredited visitors get 50% off the ticket that day). Prices being updated: ask the organiser's office.
- Times: Saturday to Tuesday 10:00–19:00; Wednesday 10:00–18:00.
