Taste. Travel. Together.

Every Apulica journey starts with a person and a place.

An olive mill in Bisceglie. A bakery in Giovinazzo. A masseria above Ostuni. We build the route around them, and stay with you along the way.

Encounters

First a person. Then the journey.

An olive mill in October, strings of peppers drying in the late-summer sun, a village where Arbëreshë is still spoken. Choose who to start from: we build the trip around that encounter.

Three pasticciotti stacked together from the Arte Bianca workshop

Parabita · Salento, Puglia

The pasticciotto changes size

In Parabita, Antonio Campeggio has reworked the pasticciotto as a smaller pastry, the pasticciottino, both sweet and savoury. An encounter on request, to be arranged with the workshop.

Our roots · Giovinazzo

Apulica began in a bakery in Giovinazzo.

Grandfather Sebastiano and grandmother Marianna had a bakery. People brought their trays to be baked; they made focacce and more, and my father delivered by bicycle with a tray carrier. For us, food has always been the way people meet. Apulica carries on from there.
